If you close the tab that shows "channel.oasispay" and open the tab that says "Recharge Center" you should be able to recharge there.

Are you trying to recharge through credit card? I just received confirmation that there are issues with this specific payment method, but should be okay through paypal.

Are you able to link that credit card to an electronic pay source, such as paypal?
