I would recommend taking a look at my guide: Scarlet Blaze Guide

Ukon Sakon may do more damage than Tenten or Guy, so you'll have to see if replacing one of them for him/them is better or not. My logic is that Fire main, is the main damage dealer, so I run teams that can buff his damage.

Anko, Guy, (Anybody with trigger combos, ie 10+ combos, tenten generally good since she's guaranteed a 10 combo)
