hello, i am MVPici from server 1 i have not been abble to acces my account for several days, it's tells me that the password is incorrect (sometimes it says that the user does not exist), both in the mini client and on the website
i allready sent two complaints to technical service but i have still not recived any response, i have attached proof of payment to show that i am the real owner
of the account. Please i ask for help in this problem

When did you submit the password retrieval request? These requests usually take a few days to process, and it looks like you wrote your message during the weekend, when the staff is not in the office, making the wait a little bit longer. It's likely that the team simply hasn't processed your request yet.
