also how should i handle seal scrolls
im f2p so tell me when i should use em, like at what level

Save at least 264 seal scrolls. During a seal scroll rebate, use 300 seal scrolls (264 saved + 36 you get from the rebate) in either GNW treasure or 5 kage treasure (I recommend GWN treasure but 5 kage is not bad). Then collect the 30 more seal scrolls from the rebate and repeat the entire process.

Well. nothing much. Kirin summon would be best, but I suspect you don't have it yet. Ninjas from Seal Treasures aren't that good. If I were you, Id focus on collecting ninja frags from events. e.g. SoSP Naruto, Kushina RHH. You gonna be surprised, how fast number of your ninjas will increase :)
Here advice from player that started playing almost 4yrs ago. DO NOT ever spend ignots/coupons on Seal Scrolls.
