Hello,
By "region" in the recharge center, it means the region tied to your game account's server, not your physical location or country of origin. It has nothing to do with your physical country. For example, someone living in the UK but playing on an LA server would pick the North America region (and one of the LA servers). So to answer your question more fully you need to determine...
1) What is your server?
2) What is the region for that server?
You can get that info by going to your server list (the *on right next to the recharge *on).
