Hello!

The last time I've seen Kakashi [Susano'o]'s Fragment was in the Pack that you can get from playing Lucky Sn(a)tch. Aside from that, I'm not sure if he's around or appeared in any events after that. Thank you.

He has shown up ~5 times in the last 6 months. It was always in ramen party and cost 190 coupons per frag. I think it should have happened this week, but instead we had fishing event. Looks like it won't be in next weeks events either.
