So basically when I click Naruto online it won't launch, and I don't know what to do.
Hello, as Esponix stated, a fresh install of the client can help in many cases. However, what exact issue are you experiencing? What OS are you using? What version of the miniclient? Do you have any screenshots of the error?
One from the website
You should try using the newest version of the miniclient and see if that helps you. As well as flushing your DNS cache and restarting your router and computer.
I Would (Also) Do The Same As What Tyler San Had Also Stated Above (That Is As Such Though), Cosmo San
I also facing the same issue " totally white screen " showing loading and white screen for infinty time in mini client. I have tried reinstall it and update the new version. but facing the same issue using the new version. please help me to solve this problem.
You Can Try The "+" B-u-t-t-o-n At The Bottom Left Corner Of The Loading Screen Startup And See If That Works For Your Current Issue (That Is As Such Though), Cigany And Rick San..But, If It Doesn't Do Anything To Help With Your (Current) Issue Then I'm Sorry About That And You Should (Probably) Contact A Moderator On The Forums Here Or Customer Support To Help You Further With Your Issue Than I'm Able To Currently Do So (That Is As Such Though), Cigany And Rick San
Please refrain from posting on someone else's thread, their issue may not be the same as yours. For you two, if you have already cleared cache and flushed your DNS cache, I would suggest trying to play with VPN, and see if that allows you to login.
Esponix, thank you for trying to help them, but they are indeed here to contact a moderator. So suggesting for them to do so is redundant. If you do not know how to help them, you c*ways wait and let one of us respond to it! Thank you.

Oh, My Bad..Tyler San I Thought That Since They Have Responded Below My Post That They Would've (Most Likely) Wanted My Help With Resolving Their Issue (As Well)..So I Tried To My Best To Help Them In Resolving Their Current Issue Even If I Was Uncertain About That Issue That..They're Currently Dealing With Since I've Never Had Come Across An Issue Like This Before In My Time Of Playing This Game (That Is As Such Though), Tyler San
