Hello, this is currently known and was reported. We were informed that it would be fixed as soon as possible, but were given no other information. For now, what server are you having this issue with, and I will report that to them as well.

Hello, first of all thank you. I have been having this problem for about 2 weeks.

It didn't work in whatever way I tried

methods I tried:

I changed the DNS address

I cleared the DNS address

I cleared the system from the mini client

I deleted the game and installed it again.

none of them worked

I'm on S1444 server hope they can help us as soon as possible

we can't matchmaking in 3v3, arena, and other x server quests, and the loading processes often fail and couldnt proceed further.

Same here on Server 1589. Cannot enter 3v3 or Decisive Bonds. Says invalid network

Same problem in S1341. We cannot enter any cross-sever matching activities, such as 3v3 and bonds. Says invalid network login verification. Please fix it ASAP and give compensation!

sage world, 3v3, decisive bond, arena, matsuri I absolutely do not accept that we cannot participate in these events in any way.

We had the same issue , the whole cluster couldn't play events that involved cross server . It took Oasis 2 weeks to fix it and at the end we got some useless rewards , ,so don't have high hopes that the issue will be fixed soon or that you will receive proper compensation

This is what we got for not being able to play any cross server event for 2 weeks . I should mention that kid hashirama was the 3vs3 ninja at the time of the bug .

The sun and moon coins are useless because there is a weekly limit that active players would reach anyways , so basically they gave us as a reward a few dozens of misterious stones. Oh and refines are advanced not epics as you can't see the color in this screenshot.

In addition our cluster had Space-times strongest during this time. I doubt anyone got anything for it. Those who usually got to finals lost most in it.

1k cps as compensation, and a free 140 advance refine rune are actually pretty good

swb if ur in a cluster of p2w's, the most common is 1 advanced refine, at most 3 so it's pretty good. grinding for those advance refine with sun scrolls take a long time. so i wouldnt complain

I don't think you understand , you lose everything you could've got from sage , normal arena , theme arena ,3v3, matsuri . training grounds , x gnw , space time , zenith , even bonds because none of the ones i mentioned works , so basically if it was 7 days wellfare where you needed to win in arena a number of fights , you couldn't complete that , or if you had mission in season to be top 3 in sage or to be in winning land, or matsuri or in monthly to play arenas etc. Also your server must be new but on old servers advanced refines don't hold so much value anymore .

This error should have been fixed by now, please let me know if it is still ongoing.
