We had the same issue , the whole cluster couldn't play events that involved cross server . It took Oasis 2 weeks to fix it and at the end we got some useless rewards , ,so don't have high hopes that the issue will be fixed soon or that you will receive proper compensation

This is what we got for not being able to play any cross server event for 2 weeks . I should mention that kid hashirama was the 3vs3 ninja at the time of the bug .

The sun and moon coins are useless because there is a weekly limit that active players would reach anyways , so basically they gave us as a reward a few dozens of misterious stones. Oh and refines are advanced not epics as you can't see the color in this screenshot.

I don't think you understand , you lose everything you could've got from sage , normal arena , theme arena ,3v3, matsuri . training grounds , x gnw , space time , zenith , even bonds because none of the ones i mentioned works , so basically if it was 7 days wellfare where you needed to win in arena a number of fights , you couldn't complete that , or if you had mission in season to be top 3 in sage or to be in winning land, or matsuri or in monthly to play arenas etc. Also your server must be new but on old servers advanced refines don't hold so much value anymore .
