what is this regarding?
From my understanding and the lack of a clear explanation of the exploit from someone, there's a disconnect between servers being released via Oasis announcing when servers are released and when they are actually are announced. If this is the exploit, this has been quite a problem for years then and it's weird it took now for someone to point it out. So if Oasis announces a server on a Tuesday, the server was already up on the Monday. Since on your day 1, the highest possible level you can do is level 29 due to the available tasks you can do. If you happen to join the server on the Monday by searching the new servers via the client, you get an advantage overcoming the day 1 restriction against those who started later.
If someone who noticed this can actually confirm this, it would help the community better understand.
