Is there a limit on the number of fish? In 13.00 server i do 250 energy with bottles, and now 130 stamina, and not one fish fell!!!!

Yesterday i send 560 stamina - no ONE bait!!! Today i send 700 stamina - no ONE bait!!!! Support response "This on luck" ..... Seriously? Are they normal there?
