Anbu Ninja,
I assumed that your abbreviated picture was to save space, and not because you only had a single Chaka position at level 30. Are you aware that for this, you're required to have two full POSITIONS at level 30, correct? As in, both position 1 and position two need to have all SIX hexes, for a total of TWELVE hexes at level 30 for this to trigger, correct?
