1＃ Go ToHello Ninjas,
For the past few days, some of our servers are having difficulties and problems connecting to Cross-Server events which disable players to join and participate in some of our events. The issue might be fixed temporarily right now but rest assured that our Developers are currently figuring it out to fix it permanently.
We would like to apologize for this inconvenience that is currently giving you and rest assured that our team will keep in touch with our Devs to ensure the fix for you, our players. A little more patience and understanding are all we want to request for now. Once the issue gets fixed, we will evaluate the total damage that the problem gave to our players and send proper compensation for it.

Hello Ninjas,
We would like to inform all players from S26, S309, S576 S500, 1058, and their merged servers, who were affected by the Cross-Server issue these past few weeks will receive their compensations today. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you've suffered from the issue and we will continuously observe and monitor so that this issue will not happen again.
