Hello,
Are you sure it didn't display this on the Matsuri interface? If I recall correctly, the Matsuri interface incorrectly displays non-skillbroken information.
Also, do you remember what units you were fighting? Is there a chance you had been debuffed, or was this immediately at the start of the fight?
