They only support the mini-client so that isn't their problem.

Hello,
Unfortunately whatever issue prevents the Puffin browser from viewing chats has to be resolved on their end. It's possible you might be able to fix this by contacting their support staff, if the issue is widespread enough that it could be fixed in a settings menu, but, unfortunately, this is not something we can help with.
