If you are asking if he's the only one that you can ger for free then no. From that feature, he's the only free ninja that you can get but from the events, there are other more depending on the cycle. Fireworks Event and Myoboku Event are the usual events where there are free ninjas. 3v3 Arena and the Daily Sign-In also gives free ninjas. You just have to wait for these events or features to come and you'll surely get a ninja for free. Thank you.
