We finally got edo tobi's remaining skill break, the one to allow his chase to cause tag that ignores immunity and lasts "until the end of next round".

Who knows why we had the rest of his breaks for about a full year before that one was added, but his final skill has finally been added and it doesnt even work.

On the surface it appears to work, the characters look like they are tagged, but they dont take more damage and if you target an immune ninja who has been tagged by tobi's chase with minato kage he doesnt hit the whole team, the game treats it like the target is not tagged and minato only hits the one unit.

i first noticed this in arena and have done some testing in my server against kushis/ edo release madaras/ edo minato etc and it wasnt a one off bug, it is a persistent problem, the characters appear tagged but the appearance is the only thing his chase does, the actual effects of tag are not applied
