For a while now, I've been on the fence about whether to really commit to playing this or not. If I did play, I would most likely go for Jounin, since I always feel the edge you get is well, essential. I have a rough ideas of concepts in the game from watching videos, and playing rarely. So tell me; Why do you guys enjoy the game so much, and would you recommend it for a guy who only wants to purchase the Jounin medal, no other payments into it? (Well, potentially the 4* Gaara). I think it's a good pass time game, where you get on and can play some of the awesome ninjas that Naruto has to provide.

My favourite part is actually the Group I'm in, it's a great bunch of people that I enjoy talking to and experimenting new and fun formations with :)

Jonin doesn't even give you that manybenefits. It lets you buy more stuff which you say you won't.

My two cents. This game has an incredible community and team behind it. The moderators actually care to answer questions and work with players in creating an environment everyone can enjoy. That alone makes its a very worthwhile game.

The game itself is also very good though. There is much more depth and team building opportunity than other titles where it is simply the highest cost characters are always the best of their time and you have no chance to compete without them. I played free for a while and then decided to put in a bit of money for the Jonin medal, which is definitely a great thing to purchase too if you intend to play for any extended period. However, as this games VIP system and compared to some others, it isn't game breaking and you can definitely manage without it.

All in all it comes down to your budget and how much you enjoy the game as a whole. $40 for 6 months of benefits is a crazy good deal, as most games you can buy nowadays for even $60 usually don't last as long. I would definitely recommend you put a bit of time into the game, even a few days of consistent play can help, to truly decide how much you like it now and consider that it is a growing game, but it is definitely a good game that deserves a shot.

I have been playing on my server since day one as a entirely F2P player (not even a medal) and here are my thoughts.

This game is extremely focused on paying players, and as a F2P you will struggle to keep up. If you play from the start of a server, and maximize everything you can you can stay relevant for a bit. But if that server ends up having a lot of whales in it, then your relevancy will end quicker.

The game also has a lot of illusions of chance. For example fixed pulls needed for certain characters, rewards in trial breakthrough being fixed no matter what cards you pick. I can't speak for everybody, but for me this makes me paranoid. If somethings are fixed, are other things fixed? It really makes me think twice on how to spend my coupons. A lot (and I mean a lot) of the weekly events need coupons or ingots to do, and as a F2P you are really limited in what you can participate in.

There is more I can talk about, but it really boils down to this:

TLDR:

I would even recommend this game even to F2P player. Jonin medal let you earn back your ingots if you play daily. 20coupon x 180days = 3600 coupon.

The game has many difficult instances such as Hanzo and the upcoming Hidan strong approaching. Clearing it on solo difficult does give you a great sense of accomplishment as well. There is also the world boss event which bring the server together to kill nine-tail. Honestly, in my opinion, you don't have to be paid player to enjoy the game.

Also, this game doesn't take up much of your time daily and there's an amazing community on the forum as well!

As an f2p, i see people with jounin medals has a really high advantage over an f2p. The exp growth is very good and 20 coupons a day also widens the gap on an f2p. I'd say go for jonin medal, it will benefit you a lot more than you think. Incredible boost :)
