Hello!

That feature is called "Transformation". You need to have an item called "Transformation Card" which you may get from Group's Lucky Wheel or from the regular shop (which I do not recommend buying). Once you have that item, go to the Ninja Interface and look at the top-right of your screen and you will see the "Transform" tab (refer to the image below). From there, you may pick the ninja that you want to transform into and use the card. Thank you.
