As far as I know, Omoi [Swimsuit] is not redeemable anywhere in the game right now but only through events (Hot Topics and/or Time-Limited Events). It would be much better if you will suggest it by answering our New Event Feedback Survey threads in News Section and suggest it in one of the events specifically. Thank you.
