Mystery: As you can see it gets much better with 4 stars Hayate adding interruption and mystery cooldown increase which makes it a great f2p ninja mystery honestly
Standard Attack: Quite good attacking a whole line
Chase: Just some extra damage
Passive 1: Always good especially for front row ninjas
Passive 2: You get it at 3 stars and this is actually really good if you are fighting super armor/immune enemies (or why not both)
A much better ninja than Mizuki in my opinion. Also free to obtain which makes it amazing especially for new player because he can definitely be useful
Best paired with swordsmen ninjas thus Lightning Main would be the most ideal option

7 Days Of Welfare, Activity Bag 3 times in 2 months, fragment refinement? Also his bt isnt until 4 stars. So I have him at 2 stars and he is still viable
well I do agree with you, but it's basically impossible to get him on German servers outside of frag refinement and maybe some events to buy him with Coupons. I have my account since March 2020 and not a single fragment of Iruka
