You can get Madara from the mini client prize before the New Year Hashirama or you can get it from the Snowy Christmas event

You can get RIN from the firework event (reach level 30)

If you are talking about Madara Uchiha [Warring State], he was in a pack together with Hashirama Senju [Warring State] and placed as the first reward for downloading the new Mini-Client. But upon releasing a new updated, the rewards are now changed and it is replaced with Hashirama Senju [New Year]. For Rin Nohara, she was in the Fireworks Event as the Reward Ninja. Thank you.
