Fire main mystery restores immunity doesn't it? unless they target your fire main then you need a ninja in your lineup that removes debuffs. not 100% sure but i hope it helps

Swimsuit Tsunade is one correct answer... her standard attacks heals and gives Lv2 immunity which cannot be suppressed.
