i mean if u get someone 5 star you can get there extra frags to get iruka then 4 star iruka and breakthrough iruka

I'm not sure for other players but in my account, I always sweep Elite Instances daily especially if I don't have any need to sweep for Awakening Materials. I made a list on a notepad for the ninjas that I haven't 5-starred yet. In that way, I can keep farming fragments for my ninjas to finish the target star count to get more power (I was referring to the old Ninja Scroll Collection System). And for the event ninjas, I don't really care much to upgrade their stars aside from the ninjas that I really need to 4-star for them to be useful enough for main battles and when cir*stances come that it is unavoidable but to get a certain ninja that I don't need, then that's the only time I will redeem it for keeping and let it sit until it is enough to upgrade the start of that ninja.

Of course, the way I told is only viable for those players who don't care about exp since I didn't freeze my character at all. Thank you.
