Refine event has nothing to do with your success. And where is your suggestion ?

what is the success rate of refine rate? that is my suggestion

Refines success rate is all about RNG(Random Number Generator). The event gives you additional credit(Blessing Point) for every successful level upped refines.

my suggestion is make the refinement rate public where we can see it, we have no idea if it is 1%, 0.0001%.

It shows the highest number of refine runes you have to use. If you are lucky it can be lower number.

Does this mean that we need to do so much refinement just to raise it up? So there is a barrier for success?

What I am trying to imply is make the success rate public, we want to see like this:

Success rate for refinement:
+1 = 90%
+2 = 85%
+3 = 80%
and so on..

Not gonna happen, I can tell you that without even asking admins.And the success rate is basically RNG.

I think you or the admin do not want to let the players know because it is indeed very low.

Imagine, i bought 80pcs of med refine rune and i only upgrade 1 item from lvl 5 to lvl 6, that is definitely a rip off because we do not even know what is our success rate when clicking upgrade.

As a f2p player it hurts a lot, because some users who live in South America can't even get access to $. Sadly we can just farm Refine runes. At slow rate... But that's another history... Would be nice to have a TRUE rng here, instead of a poor coded or intentionally code programmed to make your experience worse... Well I don't care... I will still play but I'll let you know because i'm Ing programmer in Java / PHP and sadly I know things about this.

I have played so many games and when they mentioned RNG ok we will check if its really RNG because the success rate is not as terrible as this game has.

And yes, I earn through coding as well, and I know what I am talking about, one of my paper in my major during college is also about RNG so definitely I know what this is all about. All I think about this game or this provider is that they are making barrier for seal, refine, etc.

Come on, call some admin and explain to us the refine rate. Obviously, they wont because the secret will come out it is not RNG after all, RNG is just the 2nd part of it.
