1＃ Go ToHi everyone.
Me and my friends have been having trouble with arena for quite some time now.
For a first month or so, when we tried to matchup in arena ranked battle, if there is no other players waiting, we would get matchup with some team from our server and that team would be computer controlled. Ever since arena started to get cross matchups, this is not an option.
There are two more problems now:
1. For a month, there was a message in arena saying that there is some nuber of days to start matches in cross servers. Now it is gone since countdown has been finished. The problem is that cross matches have been happening during countdown, an still now after countdown. Something is wrong here.
2. Now when me and my friends try to start our arena ranked battle at the same time, we never get to match up, even after a few minutes has passed.
I need answers to this questions:
Will our arena ever stop being crossed with other servers?
Why can't I matchup with my friends from same server? How can we do that?
Will computer controlled teams form our server ever return like they used to be?

Why can't I matchup with my friends from same server? How can we do that?
You have to be close to the same level in ranking. The further you are apart in ranking, the longer it takes to eventually match, if ever. So if you are Super Kage, you will likely never match someone at Genin Ranking. But if one of you is Super Kage and the other is Kage, eventually you should match. The game will try to match you at the same ranking first though. So if another Super Kage shows up, it will match that first before matching you to your friend who is at Kage.
You also can't be negative (-2). Once you go negative, it tries to match below only. You'll have to win to reset that count before it will try to match up again. It's setup that way so you can't just easily use friends/alts to boost yourself through ranked arena.
