Honestly I wanted to write about this topic because I was curious too when I saw it on new events news but it turns out that it's just rewriting of the old skills so nothing has changed

His skills have been changed, dunno about any difference between our version and china and problems with desc
riptions because of that, but this update has changed 2 of his abilities for our version of him anyway. He use to only increase the number of his own chases, now he increases them for your lineup, each of your characters can get more chases each round
His immunity has been buffed to lvl 2 so he can no longer be suppressed by characters like kurena summer i/ibiki etc
And for tobirama they finally added the chase that causes tag which ignores immunity, not really an update, just a very very late addition to a character who has had his other skill breaks for a long time
