His skills have been changed, dunno about any difference between our version and china and problems with descriptions because of that, but this update has changed 2 of his abilities for our version of him anyway.

He use to only increase the number of his own chases, now he increases them for your lineup, each of your characters can get more chases each round

His immunity has been buffed to lvl 2 so he can no longer be suppressed by characters like kurena summer i/ibiki etc

And for tobirama they finally added the chase that causes tag which ignores immunity, not really an update, just a very very late addition to a character who has had his other skill breaks for a long time
