They are not "locked" between any set amount of scrolls. You have a chance with every pull. And yes, pulling it now or pulling it through a period of time, will result in the same thing (this is how f2p players will be able to freely draw until they get a Rare). Think of pulling for ninjas like refinements, with the average being 40-60 pulls and the highest I've seen is 70 pulls.

Yes, you can get the same result. It's not really fixed at 60 scrolls though, it may sometime be 40 or 70.

The term "fixed" means it's a guaranteed rare at "x" many seals used. magic number is generally 60.

However this does not mean you may not get lucky and pull a rare before a fixed amount.

Yes, you'll do get the same result but since there's a free draw that counts as a seal scroll, you will more likely do it in 4 or 5 weeks. :)

Not fixed. Multiple people including myself have pulled a rare before hitting 70 pulls per. Got Sage Naruto at 30. Also have NEVER seen a dupe until acquiring all 3 rares, so keep that in mind if the one you wanted hasn't been pulled but you got the other 2.

ok, one question here.
Let's imagine sage treasure draw is like refinement, with a first rare ninja for sure at 70 pull. Yeah, ofc you can get lucky and get it in first 20-30.
when you do get a rare ninja, does the counter reset? Let's say I got first rare ninja at 50 pull and next one is there for sure at 130 pull. Now, after the 50 pull, do I have to draw another 130 seals for a certain chance? or just 80 more draws to reach total 130?

We don't know if the counter resets or not but seeing the hashirama and tendo locked within 400+ range maybe it doesn't reset.The magic number for sage treasure is 40-70 within those ranges you can get a rare 10 pulls or single pulling.You c*so get a rare within 20 pulls.

Sage Treasures doesn't seem to be fixed like Hashirama or Tendo.

As in you've seen people get Hashirama or Tendo as early as 30 seal scrolls used? 'Cause I highly doubt it.

It is fixed like Hashirama or Tendo... the fixed drop is Sasori 100 puppets. You can only get him after 400 scrolls.

I'm quite interested in seeing his mystry in action. If you have it or fight in ranked battle against someone who have him, can you post a video of it? I guess he can be pretty annoying.
But aside that, is it worth it to go for him as much as hashirama or tendo ?

You need to fight against him in lvl50-60 and lvl60-70 plot instances and at lvl90 exam. I dont think he would act any different from when a player use it.

He works exactly the same. Oragiri on our server has him. He's a nightmare in ranked battles, the ultimate clone tank. But you can destroy all his clones at once with Tendo Pain.

As Daiske said it isn't fixed. I used approximately 133 seal scrolls to pull all three of the rares from the pack. Oro came at around 40, Ao took me only about 30 or so and then Naruto took me the most with the remainder.

As far as Sasori goes I have no idea how that one works but I will trust what mods tell me. Even if each set has one or two ninja that are locked behind a preset requirement that seems just fine to me. Gives the top paying players a bit of exclusivity for now, which is fair.
