Can you clarify the nature of your issue? What kind of error are you receiving? Are you unable to log in? Are the servers non responsive? Are you unable to find the server? Are you unable to connect to the internet?

all servers in HK are unresponsive. meanwhile I opened the UK server and I was able to respond and enter the game

Alright, I'm getting multiple reports that HK servers are fine for other players. It sounds like the issue is on your end. Do you have a bad connection? Are you far outside the HK region, attempting to connect to it and are possibly having a disconnect issue? Have you tried a VPN?
