Which version of the mini client is this?
Is this a complete freeze or is it just lagging badly?
How long has the game been running when you experience this error?

i have the newest version of the mini client and it just freezes at random and i cannot refresh the game i have to exit the game and reopen it

The newest version of the mini client has some RAM and performance issues that have not yet been sorted out. If you're unable to play on it, it's recommended that you switch to an older version of the mini client until we manage to get these issues fixed. Sorry for this, and thanks for your patience as we get these issues under control!

At it's best the new miniclient fixes all the complaints I've had for years regarding the old miniclients. I've been lucky to not see any issues as of yet but I acknowledge that may change as eventually reported bugs start getting fixed etc. I know of many that aren't as lucky... The only major issue I faced was losing all the logins when it updated over my old miniclient which thankfully I had archived so not a big issue for me... but a few friends are still working on finding their logins again.

If you intend to use the new client please read around a bit, see what issues are happening so you aren't caught by surprise when some bug happens.

The screen is cutoff and certain things are inaccessible that should be there. below are pictures of the new mini client and the current web page.

If this is not fixed i will not be able to play this game normally.

I have no control over my screen size to be able to see these things and there are other problems like this with things i used to be able to see in game that are gone in new mini client that i know should be there.

Hello, the screen resolution issues have been noted already, along with the full screen option. It is also known that the miniclient will freeze if you close another instance of it. Is this the case for you, kingkallo?
