I was doing ti with a group and they didn't wait for me to get my rewards(I was lagging a bit). Do I miss the rewards completely or do I get some moon scrolls?

you get whatever reward was ready for you, either moons or tool. Its always random anyway.

The rewards are already decided the second your current TI is finished, you don't need to click on any of the cards that pop up afterwards to claim your reward.
