Which region of the world are you playing from?
Do you have reliable internet speed where you play from?
Have you had this issue before, or is this the first time?

Have you tried refreshing the game and restarting your computer?

this used to happen to me just disconnect your wifi router then reconnect it then restart the router and your computer then try again if not try deleting the mini client and reinstall it again. If not than try asking more moderators.
