Can't get mini client to run at all. Keep getting the error in the screenshot. Even when I click close program, it doesn't close. I have to close it with the X at the top. Windows 10 is my OS.

Hi,
Did you try refreshing the client ? or deleting cache and cookies?

Are you using antivirus ? Maybe it is preventing client from working.
