I tried opening it from the 'ninja handbook' but all that came was this: Can someone please inform me on what happened? Reply

It is now in Recruit, just click Exchange at the top right of the screen.

Hello!

Due to the latest update with some features, Ninja Collection Scrolls was removed and changed into a new Interface that can be found in Recruitment Interface. The icon can be seen at the upper-right part of the interface. Thank you.
