How were we supposed to get mei with only gtting like 6 frags a day,if you do the math thats nowhere near actually getting her

3v3 rewards will never give you the full amount of ninja frags. They expect a few people will spend their coupons/ingots to complete. Just wait until you are able to farm few ninja frags of her. She isn't that great for you to worry about.
