his first passive says that it has a high chance of evading "Chase Attacks" and additionally hidden mist ninjas evasion +30%. it doesnt say it can evade mystery skill but everytime i target him with a mystery skill he freakin dodges it? how? atleast put it in the description SMH!!

The "30% Evasion" he is granting to Hidden Mist ninjas works for all 3 types of attacks: Mystery, Standard and Chase.

Unless a type of evasion specifies what it works with, for example "very high chance to evade chase attack" then it is a 'global' evasion (works for all types).
