There’s no average it’s based on rng you can have kazier rng and max out the wheel and get nothing or have coffin element rng and get the ninja in a free spin tsunade will probably be in the wheel but your probably going to have to wait about 2 months I wouldn’t try and go for the ninja on the wheel personally because your going to have to spend a lot of ingots or coupons and still have a chance of not getting the ninja.
