So, i created my character about 2-3 years ago. I decided to get back to the game, only to find out, that my character is gone.

Is there anything I can do about this?

what do you mean its gone,did you join the same server?,or can you not get into your account,if u cant,get customer service,if u can log in but its not there,ur not on the right server

Login in few days it should restore it automatically (at least that's what happened to one of my chars). You c*so contact customer support and create a ticket by clicking the ? on the top right corner of the client or the browser.
