On November 1st, the season ticket draw for Autumn season of 2020, and it was bugged. Guren frags were the frags in the draw instead of Kotetsu. Enough that I could recruit her, she's 2 star btw. So, if it's possible, can I get those Kotetsu frags?

Hello, the only way to get this fixed is through CS, you will have to create a ticket.
