So I am going through my Ninja Handbook and I notice something that says "Ninja Collection" and when I go to it, nothing shows. Is it broken?

Yeah,they upgrade that function,and remove collection scrolls.So,you can't complete this task anymore.

they added systems over systems, removed systems without a bit of cleaning.... there are parts where it links you to the old shops from before grocery store still (ofc doesnt work)
