I have 2 issues, first is a performance issue thats cropped up these past few days the second is a question about a different bug

1: Is anyone else having terrible performance lately? fiber connection, good computer, for the most part the game runs fine, but the past few days, everything, and I mean everything causes so much lag. Try to open ninja screen 30 seconds of loading wheel followed by "Exceeded Request time#3d402", try to open character screen 30 seconds of loading wheel with same error. This slow loading and this same error happen when I try to click on anything interactable within the game. I have tried the basic stuff of flushing my cache and cookies, the "clean up system" option, it has made zero difference

2: How are kakuzu akatsuki inception and karin taka still bugged? I dont intend to sound too salty but im sorry this situation really should not be acceptable for a paid business to do not just once, but multiple times over the years. oasis dont do anything, all of the work is done by chinese devs, and the chinese game has these characters working, coding and programming are complicated, but copying finished products is something that any modern teen could do with just 1 or 2 youtube tutorials. How has a company that expects customers to part with as much as $3000 for a single character got such incompetent staff they cant even copy and paste other peoples work without breaking it in the process and churning out faulty paid goods to people? That's honestly embarrassing that it happened at all and the fact its still going on is shameful, if I did something that inept I would not only be embarrassed but would also fear for losing my job and you can bet your ass I would put in the hours to fix an issue created entirely by my own failings, that should be what oasis is doing
