Hey, I'm sorry no one has given you a real response yet. Here are 3 team options for you:

This team has a lot of elements common to solid teams: Immune pos 1 with a strong mystery, pos 2 ninja that can interrupt (acupuncture in Hiashi's case, but the effect is the same if you trigger it right before your opponent launches a mystery) in round 1, a support/buff main, and a second support/buff character. You c*so use the deer summon if you don't have the shark.

- Roshi is your best pos 1 ninja right now: he's immune to debuffs, has a mystery that hits a good number of people and causes immobile (very nice) to the selected target. His biggest issue is that his mystery's chakra cost is quite high at 60, so you have to make sure you have at least 20 chakra left over at the end of round 1. You'll get +60 from Earth main's mystery, +20 from the start of round 1, and then -40 if you use both Sasori and Hiashi's mysteries. So you should be fine, but a lot of people run ninjas like Shark Kisame or Nagato who can absorb your chakra. So if you see your opponent has one of those it might actually be a strat to wait until after Nagato's done his standard to use Earth main's mystery.

- Hiashi is pretty straightforward, just use him to stop anyone from setting up barriers or shields in round 1. You can stop other people's Fire or Earth mains like this.

- Main is just buffing Roshi (and himself and Hiashi) and giving shields to improve Roshi's survivability.

- The idea with Sasori is that it doesn't matter too much if he goes down because he'll resurrect and reset his effects, buffing Roshi and giving him shields again. The hope is that after Sasori is taken out, Earth main will be enough to keep Roshi around for 2 rounds until Sasori comes back. Another thing to note about him, is that his mystery gives an extra standard attack and clears a layer of debuffs. That debuff clear is actually nice and kind of under-utilized. Most people just use Sasori's mystery immediately in round 1 but at that point usually no one has any debuffs on them anyway. It might be worth it in some cases to wait until mid-round to use Sasori's mystery and actually clear a debuff with it if someone has immobiled the main character or Roshi (probably Summer Kurenai who did this lol).

- I think it's actually also better to target Earth Main or Hiashi with Sasori's mystery, because the description says "cancels 1 layer of debuffs for the selected ninja and up to 9 edo tensei units. All the affected units will recieve an extra standard attack." So theoretically Roshi should always recieve the debuff removal and extra standard attack even if he is not the target because he's edo tensei, but Earth main or Hiashi would not recieve those effects unless they are specifically targeted. It's just getting more out of the mystery.

Second option is a viariant on the first team. It's pretty much the same idea except with Gakido and Fire main. This team gives you more defensive characteristics - Gakido will buff Roshi's resistance while Sasori buffs his atk/nin. Fire main also gives you extra debuff safety w/ reflect and his mystery. So if you try the first team and feel like you're getting shut down too much by debuffs, you can try this instead.

Finally here's a team for if you want to stay as lightning main. I don't think it's as good overall as the other teams but its damage output in round 2 can be higher if nothing goes wrong in round 1 lol. None of these ninjas are immune by default but hopefully Root of Warrior and Kurenai's status reflect should prevent you from getting chaosed or immobiled.

- Izuna's mystery does a lot of damage. It's also the opposite of Roshi's in that it only costs 20 chakra. Sadly it doesn't have any additional effects like immobile or interrupt. Izuna also buffs Itachi with his Uchiha's Belief passive.

- Lightning main is like Hiashi in the first team: for round 1 interrupts. He also buffs Izuna. If you wanted to be more risky you could use one of his attacking standard attacks rather than Calm Mind for chakra, but if you do that you might not have enough chakra later in round 1 if you need to use Kurenai's mystery.

- Itachi's mystery is also only 20 chakra so you c*e it in round 2 after Izuna. With Izuna's buff this should do pretty good damage. He also causes interrupt on his chase which is nice.

- Kurenai is there to debuff reflect and shield anyone who might get low on health.
