How many times do you have to summon till you get either Kirin or king of hell I’ve heard it’s 2000 for 1 for obvious reason I don’t be it.

It's 2000 for one of them then another for the one you did not get. Also, it doesn't matter if you got kirin or KOH outside from the treasure.

Pretty sure there's a difference between 1000-1200 seal scrolls and 2000 summon scrolls......
