I applied for resetting password and i got a reply and i received a mail and i opened it up and i filed all the info and submited the application and after i did it i reloads and

As tylermotoki said, if you've accidentally locked yourself out of your account, you will need to try your best to remember what new password you put in. Try different versions of your new password you may have accidentally put in. Maybe you had the caps lock *on on, or maybe you pressed a key close to one of your keys.
Alternately, use the "Forgot password" *on to put in a ticket to customer support to reset your password.
In either case, please do not post your personal information on this public forum again.

No, because I do not have your password. You have to use the password retrieval system as outlined above.
OK, so originally it sounded like in your original post that you were changing your password, not that you were using the password retrieval system. Are you saying that you were using the password retrieval system, and that the screenshot you sent is the final result? That being the case, have you tried both your old and new passwords?
While you do that, I will forward this to the developers to see if they are aware of any bugs with the password retrieval system.
