Monthly event points reward ninjas same as last month?

Hi,

I don't know for sure if this is a bug, but usually every month the 1 or 2 ninjas you can redeem points for frags of in the monthly event tab change, however now for November it's still Writer Jiraiya and S3xy Naruto, same as October, last month. The first week's goals also seem copy and pasted over, since that "Upgrade group skills" mission isn't usually a goal in Monthly event, but it was the same last month. I was really hoping for new ninja frags to be available.
