1＃ Go ToI have alot of extra frags that i have no purpose for, so I was hoping oasis could make a system were we could give frags to people. I hope u guys can take my suggestion.

They can not create new systems or ninjas, only QQ server can create those things.

A lot of players really need to understand that a trading system won't be added for a lot of reasons. A lot of people would abuse the system by making multiple accounts. Pay attention to other games and you will notice the lack of such system in other games?
Oasis is just a publisher. Tencent (China server) is the one who made the game and is the one who decides how the game is updated. Also, if you want to be taken seriously, post it in the correction section as well by the way.

what Danzo said is totaly correct. i will just remind that there is already one good function for your fragments that you have and dont know what to do with these. ninja menu-fragment refining. you can trade these for Iruka which is a very good support unit that you will use a lot, or if you have him you can trade the frags for naruto nine tails chakra.
even though it is not the correct place for suggestions, i will say it here first. one very helpfull function to be add is if we could extract the mood scrolls from units.
that would be very helpfull and not fragment trading.
