it is only fragments

The Red Boxed Ninjas in Treasures is what we call "Ultra-Rare". They aren't obtainable as full ninjas but only by 1 to 2 fragments for every 40~70 Seal Scrolls. Usually, their fragments are also obtainable from Recharge Events. Thank you.

What? No way!! I spent more 300 - 400 Seal Scroll and not received no one fragmet Madara (FK) he not red!!

ok there are super rare which are gold and ultra rare which are red. super rare require you use a certain amount of seals for a full recruit (80) frags chance. Madara founder, and Naruto kurama are 900+ seals in GNW. They are super rare every 60 seals you use you will get itachi susanoo (fragments) in treasures that have him, and edo hashirama(fragments) in treasures that have him. and in any treasure the gold ninja are 600+ seals just for chance. after you use the required seals chance is high you will pull a super rare (gold) ninja within 100 - 300 pulls of the required amount of seals. I think on forums there is post that tell the average of pulls before the super rare ninja were obtained. Also purple ninja are random and you will get one about every 60 seals you use as well.

after spend about 1200 seal scroll, you will get madara (founder of konoha) or naruto(kurama). if you get naruto (kurama) after1200 , then spend 1200 again to get madara.
