Lineup:

Round 1: Lightning Main mystery on Edo Hiruzen, use Naruto on Chojuro after he finishes his standards

Hopefully you should be able to clear wave 1 with Chojuro standard attacks in round 1 or round 2, save mysteries

Wave 2:

Round 1: Let kimimaro do his mystery, use Chojuro on kimimaro

Chojuro should be able to clear at least half of the enemies after that round 1, then it's easy just finish off everyone
