I'm not certain as to what you are referring. Can you clarify what menu you are referring to? Maybe show a screenshot of the menu in question and demonstrate how it is not functioning?

You might need to clear the browser/mini-client cache (and possibly flush the DNS cache). I get the ninja info popups in sections like Arena without any issues.

Ah, OK, so you're unable to see tooltip popups when hovering over a ninja in the user interface?

As Dresq stated, please try clearing your cache and flushing DNS. If this is just a problem you've had for one session, restarting your miniclient or browser should fix this issue.
